Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged through normal wear and tear or improper use
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Photos of the item (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Please do not return your package without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund when appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item), Keioamall will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color, or product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with this policy.
